We empower iconic culinary institutions and emerging food brands to grow and thrive with turn-key hourly kitchen rentals, customizable long-term kitchen leases, and engaging community spaces with event programming. Nimbus provides businesses including Di Fara Pizza, Caviar Shark, and Kado Patisri with the high-end facilities, strategic partnerships, and operational support needed to expand their reach to new neighborhoods and customers. We opened our first kitchen on the Lower East Side in early 2021, we're launching in Downtown Brooklyn kitchen in December 2021, and we plan to have comprehensive coverage of New York City by the end of 2023. While New York City is our home, our sights are set nationwide: we plan to have kitchens in every major city in the United States by 2030.
