Navlan Consultation was founded by Seelan V. Karthi on a fervent mission to create imaginative and innovative leaders from individuals to business professionals to embrace change in an ever-evolving business world. Its roots for creative solutions can be traced back when the founder first built his first room alarm system with a siren and LED lights when he was only 12. It was followed by many other solutions namely a toy helicopter that had a motor operated propeller, LED's that lights up based on the musical tempo for the car, an attempt to make a laser which eventually failed after many trials and errors, a multi layered rolling ball ramp, various creative dominos and many other solutions to solve an unmet need.That same inspiration in the early 90s has today led Navlan Consultation with a vision to train, coach, mentor and consult individuals to solve problems creatively and innovatively for any given challenges, problems or unmet needs. Challenges today can be found in many industries or business units name it R&D, product development, legal, procurement, finance, marketing, communications, sales, logistics, customer service to name a few or merely improving one's leadership quality to drive team performance. It all boils down to one principle, where for one to lead in this challenging and ambiguous world, one needs to reimagine, ideate and innovate. Hence, we are here to serve and help individuals, teams, organizations and nations to achieve their purpose and goals for the good of mankind, creatively and innovatively.
