Sendero is my business and it is a one man band. I work with GM's, Senior executives, teams and owners of small businesses empowering them to step up and be the best version of themselves they can be. Sendero itself is a Spanish word meaning 'path or journey' and this sums up coaching so brilliantly. The beginning can be filled with anticipation, curiosity, excitement and perhaps trepidation. The journey itself has highs, raw experiences, mindset shifts, transformations and moments of intense clarification like all great journeys do. And there are also the tough times, this is where the most change can occur, so be prepared to be questioned intensely and deeply. At end of the road, you are in a whole new place; so much wiser, enlightened and clearer about your path than you were. Sendero works with a diverse range of organisations and can utilise different professional development tools that best suit the particular organisation. Some organisations have a preference and their coaching programs are based around the results of that particular tool.
