Turkey's Largest Furniture and Kitchen Producer Kelebek Mobilya which is one of the oldest industrial institutions in the history of the Republic was founded in 1935 with the aim of manufacturing plane wings. As of 1978 it started operations of its Düzce Modular Furniture Factory as one of Europe's largest and most modern facility.
