Miele Canada was established in 1989, and is headquartered in Vaughan, Ontario, just north of Toronto. Miele vacuum cleaners are available exclusively through selected Miele Authorized Vacuum Dealers, whereas the commercial equipment and the cleaning and disinfecting range are sold both direct to the end consumer and through selected specialized partners.Miele operates their own delivery and service organization from their premises in all provinces and, in addition, have appointed service agents in all provinces who attend regular service training sessions to ensure that a high service standard is maintained at all times. The growth of Miele in Canada has led to the establishment of Miele Experience Centres in Vancouver, Calgary, Vaughan, Toronto and Montreal – where customers can see, use, experience and purchase Miele in a relaxed environment.
