Our project helps Ukrainian refugees to resettle in Denmark. The Danish government is ready to host over 25,000 Ukrainians. Refugees will be settled in government-owned buildings, where Ukrainians can live as communities. The government provides food and free health care. Each adult will also get around $800 per month. The program is for at least six months and probably will be extended if needed.Danish volunteers hire buses and drive 3000 km round-trip to pick up Ukrainians at the Polish/Ukrainian border. Our local and international volunteers are committed to helping 10,000 refugees, primarily women, children, and the elderly get to Denmark securely.
