Those solutions allows the user to interact with automatic systems through the normal Natural Language, both in written form and vocal, such as a real dialogue (question and answer understanding the context). The major services realized so far were in the Public Administration field (healthcare, transport, utility), in the SME field (a cloud switchboard) and mobile services (IAFY).
