Our plant is purpose designed and built for demands of export markets. Our production is unique:- High-Care Low-Care production processes, physical separation between production areas, procedures for the flow of workers and materials- From harvest to finished product, processing is completed in less than 12 hours- Convection ovens are used for fruit and vegetable drying- All production processes are done in-house, no step is outsourced- IQF system (using CO2) - No breaks in cold-chain, production facilities are always refrigerated - Metal detection system for finished product screening Caterers, bakeries, restaurants, pizza restaurants, markets, big box stores, ready meal manufacturers, and convenience food manufacturers are just few of our customers.
