Purpose and EstablishmentThe Real Estate Hub was established with the purpose of creating a value sharing platform that identifies with, creates and stimulates value and growth for the things we are most passionate about – people and property.Designed with the client at the centre of why the HUB exists, we then developed the how. This revolves around providing high quality, effective, efficient and streamlined services and solutions, including people, systems, platforms, tools and expert knowledge to help our clients. We have removed barriers; we have aligned with the best in industry to partner with and to help our people move forward and achieve great success. We have also secured great opportunities to earn more, reduce costs, and enjoy the economies of scale without the hassle of dealing with regulatory, compliance and other challenging factors that detract and distract our people from doing what they do best and enjoy most. We have moved away from conventional, and we have done away with the feeling of "corporate." Rather, we have adopted adult business models and practices, we have created strong support services and solutions, and we have produced true independence and expert position for our people.
