We are a wholly owned Australian family business with over 40years of vast experience and tailored expertise which have helped thousands of people pick a better bed. Our story began more than four decades ago, when the Bart family behind the locally owned business, Sleeping Giant, embarked upon their dream to help Aussies get a better night's sleep. In February 2016 our first James Lane opened its doors, giving life to our passion for creating world-class contemporary pieces that are not only stylish but also functional. Now with over 40 stores, we are proud of having a team dedicated to providing the Australian market with quality furniture, mattresses and homewares designed to excite and inspire.
