Lister Petter is a historic British Manufacturer of Diesel Engines & Generating Sets, with the brand itself celebrating it's 151st year.In October 2017, the Lister Petter business was acquired by a longstanding distributor; Sleeman & Hawken Ltd, based in Devon, UK.Since that time, the focus has been on re-establishing Lister Petter to what it was famous for - a reliable and trustworthy manufacturer where quality is paramount.Operating from a compact but modern production facility at Hardwicke in Gloucestershire, not far away from the company's roots in Dursley, the company has retained key staff that gives the manufacturing and engineering operations decades of experience.All our efforts since October 2017 have focused on re-engaging with original suppliers and re-instating the original quality systems that had been bypassed in recent years.Today, we believe we are shipping the best product to carry the Lister Petter name in many many years, with every product tested, all components certified, and no short cuts taken.We look forward to working again with the many historic and established customers of the Lister Petter brand, as well as with many new ones too. 🇬🇧
