The shareholders are Yuxinou (Chongqing) Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. (60%) and Singapore Pacific Logistics Group (40%). Relying on the advantages of Chongqing's railway, air, water and public transport as an inland international logistics hub, YPL integrates the rich logistics resources of Hungary, Germany, Poland, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Laos and other countries to build an international multimodal transport integrated service platform in Chongqing. YPL gathers import and export goods from all over China to Chongqing for collection and distribution.YPL's main business scope including China Railway Express import and export door-to-door service of FCL and LCL container, cross-border e-commerce FBA delivery service; international air transportation, international shipping, customs agency, trade agency, warehousing and distribution, multimodal transport and international transshipment business. The multimodal transport and international transshipment business mainly include: Europe-Chongqing-Singapore rail-air transport, Chongqing-Guangxi/Shenzhen-Singapore rail-sea transport, Chongqing-Pingxiang-Vietnam/Laos/ Cambodia rail-road transportation based on Chongqing Jiangbei Airport and Singapore Changi Airport.In addition, YPL can also provide a variety of customized service solutions according to customer needs, including but not limited to the third-party logistics scheme, import and export trade logistics agency scheme, etc
