Never before has food taken such a significant place in our collective consciousness; from farm to table, from table to television. The implications of our choices in what and how we eat have moved far beyond simple sustenance to having aprofound impact on our ecology, economy and environment. It is my firm belief that as a chef it is my responsibility not only to provide a healthy, nutritious and delicious source of fuel ("garbage in, garbage out", after all) but to preserve culture, foster communication and protect the environment. CHOICE Catering is a "triple bottom line" business meaning that we measure our success across 3 separate bottom lines: Planet, People and of course, Profit. We feel that our goal is to succeed in fostering a new climate of understanding and connection between the food we consume, the people instrumental in producing it and the Earth that provides the canvas against which the mural of life is made possible.
