The company occupies 4.5 acres of land with 750 feet of direct access to the Intracoastal Canal along with a 7,500 square foot fabrication shop housing an overhead crane.Gulf Inland Contractors is active in a number of areas in its capacity as an inland marine and construction company. We serve a diverse set of industries that are inclusive of but not limited to oil and gas companies, transmission companies, plants and refineries, municipalities, etc. This places us in a unique position where learning from one industry is used to solve problems in another.Gulf Inland Contractors possesses a General Contractor's License for Louisiana with a Heavy Construction Classification. GIC also has General Contractor's Licenses for the following states: Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee and Texas.
