I specialise in enabling organisations to optimise costs and amplify value from large, complex technology platform investments. Research indicates 64% of software projects in Australia succeed with $5.4B wasted annually on projects that either don't deliver benefits or are abandoned. My principle belief is that organisations must build a capability around their platform investments to truly amplify the value returned. Capability means establishing the process, measures and people that enable sustainable return on investment to be realised. Leveraging 20+ years enterprise technology experience, I've developed a proprietary platform capability model and diagnostic tool which examines over sixty competencies over six key domains. The diagnostic blueprint enables the tailoring of a 12-week program with the fundamental objective of uplifting leadership capability whilst delivering a step-change in platform capability maturity. I work with senior leaders and executives in organisations managing large complex technology environments in some of Australia's best-known brands. My approach is to provide best practice intellectual property and facilitate the development of internal capability through advisory, workshops and coaching.
