Glasseye Creek Foods was founded on the recipe and brand of Glasseye Creek Wild Meat Sauce that originated on the West Coast of the South Island in New Zealand when the founder / creator of the brand and recipe, Shane Wratt, was seeking some sanity at his mates pub in Little Wanganui, after a shithouse year. The West Coast attitude for living and lifestyle, pride of the geography, the love to embrace good wild tucker, the unique personality and strength of our people, supported by the heritage of his family living on the Coast was the catalyst for developing Glasseye Creek Foods i.e. West Coast Attitude for Food! Glasseye Creek Wild Meat Sauce is getting out there, and respected as one of the fastest growing gourmet sauce brands in New Zealand. Recently featuring at NZ Food Awards in three categories, and with distribution in over 400 outlets in New Zealand, our company has been encouraged to develop new products that complement our brand and customer base. Consequently, we have been developing a range of premium Craft Brewed Sauces that are of the highest quality, yet unlike no other in the market.
