We all know that ultimately the recruitment process is geared to enabling a conversation between an employer and a jobseeker, during which it is established that there is clear potential, for a positive professional relationship to be agreed by both parties and a vacancy is filled – easy!! Why is it then that, for qualified professional personnel, the process is so expensive and time consuming for business and so daunting and complex for candidates? We don't believe it should be, if employers and candidates can get quickly and easily to the conversation point, whether that is an email exchange, telephone call or a series of interviews, make a decision – whether positive or negative; then the experience should be more streamlined and less painful for all concerned.
