Nia Imani Family Inc is transitional living and life skills program from young mothers 18-25 who are first moms, or women with children ages 5 and under. Upon entry, our participants report history of poverty and ongoing trauma. Our women are elevated to independence and self-sufficiency by receiving experiential learning and increased knowledge that fosters success in adulthood. Nia Imani Family strives to build up the family unit; increasing protective factors for the children whether the adults are parenting together or separate.
