Fairview is a South African wine producer in Paarl in the Western Cape. The farm is owned by Charles Back, a winemaker recognised internationally for his innovation and proactive approach to the wine industry. Fairview is also South Africa's leading producer of artisanal cheeses produced mainly from Jersey cows' milk but also from goats' milk. It was the arrival of these goats on the farm in 1981 that led to the building of Fairview's now iconic Goat Tower.
