Wages: Hourly (starting at $11/hr). After 1 month probationary period wages will increase to $13.25/hr plus commissions. Commissions average $1800 to $600 per month depending on the time of year.Job Description: We are seeking a Sales Associate that will assist customers in creating beautiful spaces for their home. You will help coordinate color, texture, function, style and quality in the customer's furniture selections. In this position you will work with customers both in the store and in their home to determine the best overall design plan including furniture, accessories, area rugs, space planning and color scheme. Presentations may be as simple as a quick sketch to professional design boards and computer-generated room plans.Our Company: We are a family owned business. We opened our doors on April 1st,1992. The original business was a 4,000 sq. ft. showroom. The first location has grown to over 25,000 sq. ft. The second location is almost 42,000 sq. ft.
