Rebuilding Respect for Women (RRFW) is a non-profit youth development organization providing young people with the support, encouragement, and skills they need to become productive, confident, and caring young adults. RRFW is a youth development program for young girls and boys in their journey towards independence by teaching them the skills and knowledge necessary to function in the adult world. We help create a ladder to adulthood for teens especially girls, providing a graduated series of experiences that encourages them to take initiative, and allows them to grow.We keep young people safe and engage them using our Four Pillars of Success:► Community service activities► Exposure to new and positive experiences► Academic support► Personal guidanceRebuilding Respect for Women was established and rooted in the core values of honesty, mutual understanding, individual responsibility and community service. Problem solving, collaboration, conflict resolution, peer education, leadership and mentoring are also stressed. By encouraging these skills, we empower socially and economically marginalized young people to develop the resiliency, self-reliance and the self-confidence required to succeed in adulthood. We inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running.
