Wellbeing Health Retreats helps to relieve the distress in your life whether it is at work, relationships or general health and wellbeing. Our Health Retreats caters for small groups (1-6), middle sized groups (6 - 12), or larger groups up to 20. We are unique by focusing on each client's needs and delivering the benefits they require. The packages include; mindfulness (self-observation and perception), stress reduction tools and techniques, tuning up the mind (mindset thinking and building self-esteem), and self-relief tools and techniques (diet, meditation, reflection, yoga and gentle tai chi).The Retreats offered are 3 day (Friday to Sunday); 4 day (Friday to Monday) and 7 day (Monday to Sunday) Retreats.We cater for both the public and corporate sectors. We perform an initial assessment and post assessments and our average client experiences a 40% improvement in wellbeing over the 2 years we have been successfully operating on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula (St Andrews beach and Rye).
