The company name came from others telling Phil he's as straight as an arrow & as honest as anyone could be.Straight Arrow became a reality when he moved to this area and had 3 young boys to raise by himself, a 6 yr old and 2 3yr olds. He had to make a choice, run his own business & be there for the boys, or go back to commercial constructions.
