Helping eliminate unnecessary costs and maximizing project economics, Carbonex will provide an affordable workflow for years to come while assisting with our client's growth and asset sustainability.Carbonex Services include but are not limited to:• Facility Construction – Compressor stations, tank farm, oil batteries, well site facilities, plant expansions, plant construction, modules, structural steel fabrication, mechanical fabrication, specializing in house prefabrication to minimize field welding. • Facility and Plant Maintenance – Well sites, gathering systems, and plant maintenance, retrofitting process equipment, plant turnaround, pigging programs, process system emergency shutdowns, vessel replacement. • Fabrication procedures - Stainless Steel (all diameters up to 1.25" WT) Carbon Steel B31.3 (all diameters up to 1" WT) CSA Z662 oil and gas piping systems (2" to 8" OD 1.5mm to 12.9mm WT).
• Pipeline construction 2" to 8" – Types of installations include Carbon Steel, HDPE, Flex pipe, Fiberglass, Cement lined, Insulated, Duplex pipelines. • Pipeline Integrity Inspections – Underground pipeline integrity digs, cleaning pipelines for Internal Log Inspections, pipeline repairs, pipeline commissioning.• Pipeline Abandonments & Discontinuations - pigging, purging, cutting, capping, and tagging as per regulatory standards. Extensive experience with FRP, Carbon, Carbon internally lined pipe, Zap lock, and Sure Lock piping systems. • Pipeline spill response - Carbonex has dealt with numerous environmental spill responses from condensate, oil, and produce water in the following terrain. Muskeg, creek crossings, river crossings, farmland, pit run. We can isolate contaminates, clean up the sites and put them back to the regulatory standard.
