Independent Consultants in the Lift and Escalator Industry.General• Review and Comment on Plans and Drawings for New Installations.• Witness Testing of New Installations.• Due Diligence Reporting.• Lifecycle ReportingMaintenance• Preparation of site/Portfolio specific Specification for Maintenance and Maintenance Agreements .• Review and analysis of callouts/call rates, including recommendations.• Ongoing Project Management of Maintenance Agreements. • Site Inspection and Audit, • Assistance in planning/implementing any necessary upgrade works identified, including budgeting.• Tendering of Maintenance, including Tender Report.• Review and approval of invoicing for Maintenance and chargeable calls/works.Modernisation/Upgrade• Site Inspection and Audit (as per Maintenance entry above).• Provide program and budget proposal.• Preparation of site specific Specification for Modernisation.• Tendering of Modernisation.• Preparation of Tender Report to include:• Review/Comment on drawings requiring approval.• Project Management of Modernisation works with regular site visits.• Approval/Comment on Progress Claims until completion.• Witness Testing on completion of each lift to ensure compliance with Specification and Code• Preparation and issue of P.C. Letter.• Monitor operation up to end of Warranty Period.• Issue Notice of Completion at end of Warranty Period.
