INNOTECH, the Regional Center for Educational Innovation and Technology, is one of the 24 specialized regional centers, network and permanent secretariat of the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO). The Center is dedicated to identifying common and unique education problems and needs of Southeast Asian countries and developing innovative and technology-based solutions to address these needs. The Center aids in educational development within and outside the region through its service areas: training and human resource development, research and development, knowledge management and special programs focusing on key areas of concern in the Southeast Asian education community.We see the Center as a major player and agenda-setter in the region to ensure that a better, brighter and more promising future awaits every learner in the region – whenever, wherever, and in whichever way learning and development takes place.
