Munster Parks and Recreation mission is to provide and maintain quality parks, facilities, open/natural space, programs and services which will enhance the physical, social and emotional well being of all the citizens of Munster and the surrounding Communities.We offer an array of activities for the public including: Youth Education, Preschool Programs, Youth Programs, Youth Sports, Adult Sports, Family Programs, Golf, Tennis, Leisure Education, Continuing Education, Special Events, Wellness and Fitness, Keen-Ager Programs and Trips/Travel. We maintain 21 parks. Park Amenities outside the norm: Clubhouse, The View Restaurant, Maynard Lake, Amphitheatre, Dog Park, Formal Gardens, Social Center, Park Shelters and Gazebo.
