Our story Our founders experienced first-hand the difficulty in running a chain of nail salons, spas, and fitness centers. The industry lacked software that was reliable, easy to use, and supported the whole eco-system of a thriving spa and salon business. Further, there simply was no affordable software available that supported the needs of a multi-location chain. They went back to their professional roots in enterprise software, and founded Rapidxsalon. The vision was to combine their expertise in technology and beauty and wellness, to build a powerful, cloud-based solution that was simple to use.
