Think Business Growth is dedicated to showing organizations, and the leaders who work within them, how to develop a growth culture and create the conditions to create that lead to sustainable growth. We provide consulting, coaching, training and speaking services, as well as products and tools that support growth, improve communication, clarify direction, create accountability and drive executional excellence. 

Founded in 2005 as Leadership incorporated, a consulting and coaching firm focused on turning people in leadership roles into true leaders, the company has grown and evolved to support leaders in answering the questions: 1) how do we grow this thing? and/or 2) how do we survive the growth of this thing?Think Business Growth works with progressive organizations of 50-500 with management teams of 6 and up. Our clients know people are their greatest asset and the development of the organization depends upon the development of people and teams. Our clients are leaders in health care, manufacturing, technology, media / entertainment, law, and not-for-profit. 

Our name is based on our belief that there is a mindset that makes the difference between companies that grow and those that never quite figure it out. We work with companies to develop this way of thinking.
