The practice was founded in the 1940s by Dr. Kenneth Gumaer and began its equine focus in 1967 when Dr. Paul Mountan joined Dr. Ronnie Miller. Renamed Rhinebeck Equine in 1996, the practice's veterinarians have been providing quality care to the equine population of New York's Hudson Valley for over 50 years.
