Weber County is the second smallest county in land mass and the fourth largest in population in the State of Utah, with a population now approaching 200,000 residents. There are fifteen incorporated cities within Weber County. Of that number, Weber County Sheriff's Office provides all direct law-enforcement services for seven of those cities. The Sheriff's Office also contracts with the U. S. Forest Service to provide additional security in the Wasatch-Cache National Forest.
