Our History Established in Nottingham in 1994, Focus was founded on the principles of marrying public sector funding, such as the European Regional Development Fund as it was then, with the newly established Lottery Funds, to provide catalysts to regeneration through capital projects, beginning with the Galleries of Justice in the Lace Market area of Nottingham.Having begun with the core services of project management and economic growth, we soon broadened scope to bring in-house other construction expertise with building surveying and quantity surveying next to be added, closely followed by the development of sustainability specialisms, born out of the team's passion to create a built environment that not only looked good and served our clients' needs, but also contributes positively to its surroundings.Through this we have evolved to: Create. Deliver. Assess.Our ApproachOur strength comes in over 25 years of service provision, through this wide-ranging experience we have honed our approach and bring this to each commission.
