The restructuring leaves Terry Horton and Trent Horton, as majority owners along with real estate attorney leader Glen Bellinger, as a minority owner. The new name was created after months of collaboration with the partners and others in the company under the direction of Studio Blue Square. With a concentration in getting to the heart of what drives Trent and Terry, as well as homeownership, the word ‘family' was in the forefront. The word "kindred" emerged as the new name and will permeate the atmosphere of family throughout communities, corporate and regional offices.
