This is the Slaughter Design Studio way. Our creative process begins early, at the architectural drawings if possible. What we have learned about your life becomes the foundation for the design, small changes early on can yield beautiful outcomes at the final installation. Once the drawings are in place, we begin our own set of plans in an organized design process that keeps things moving, never scattered. We manage the construction process, with a host of vendors and skilled craftsmen who know our demands for quality and timeless beauty. Everyone in our office values the same basic principles. Taking time to listen is important, we design spaces that reflect who you are. We do this by valuing Closeness, which means building a relationship on listening, facetime and empathy. We value an atmosphere of Nurturing, tending to the important things on behalf of those we serve.
