Positive Impact for Kids is a 501(c)(3) non-profit striving to improve the hospital experience for children and teenagers receiving inpatient medical care in the United States. We raise funds to help hospital staff better meet the emotional and physical needs of their pediatric patients by providing hospitals with appropriate distraction and tools for education and socialization. Common hospital requests include: iPads, gaming systems, laptops, and gift cards. Our goal is to decrease hospitalized children's pain and anxiety while increasing their self-esteem. We have provided over 140 iPads, 3,000 gift cards, many gaming systems and laptops, and a multitude of additional items, impacting the lives of more than 600,000 children.
