Today, CG has 2,300 U.S. "Camp" workout locations, thousands of live-streaming and on-demand online workouts, and over 200 Certified Nutrition Coaches across the country. Our HQ Team provides technology, marketing, sales strategies, programs, and more to CG Trainers and Coaches. CG Certified Trainers design full body workouts for all fitness levels, and our Certified Nutrition Coaches provide customized meal plans and nutrition coaching based on our members' lifestyles and goals. We focus on the power of accountability and community, taken from Ally's lifelong experience in sports and working with a Coach, to motivate and push our members to their limit.
