Our data pipelines are more robust, data warehouses are blisteringly fast making data more trustworthy and accessible than ever before. Yet, the way we communicate and share insights with the business remains stubbornly unchanged. Traditional visualization tools force analysts to be chart machines - turning data requests into finely tuned dashboards, reports, or static images. Not only is this an underutilization of our analytical skills, but it forces us to work at arm's length from our business partners. Even in the most data-driven companies where numbers are plentiful, what to do with those insights is sadly still a struggle.We are building a highly-collaborative data platform that's designed to go beyond insights and bring data into decision-making, a space we call The Last Mile of Analytics.
