Haven Transportation and Visitation Services started in January 2013 by Nicole Stephenson and Jill Fisher. Both Nicole Stephenson and Jill Fisher have been in the field of social work and counseling for the past 30 years and have vast experience working with at risk youth and foster families. Nicole holds a Masters in Counseling Psychology and Jill has a background in social work. Haven subcontracts with Washington State DSHS to provide supervised visits for foster children and their biological families. Haven prioritizes ethical conduct and professionalism in all their encounters and holds a high standard for subcontracting with other highly skilled professionals to provide visitation services. Haven values each family with respect and compassion while providing a non-biased atmosphere in which the child and parent can safely interact together.
