Locally owned by a practicing pharmacist who specializes in customized medication, Dispensaries Ltd. has been serving the greater Edmonton area since 1934 with six full-service pharmacies open and a wholesale distribution centre. Awarded PCCA's Canadian Compounding Pharmacist of the Year (2014), Dispensaries Ltd. holds a strong commitment to patient care and providing the highest quality of service. We intend to make a difference in our patient's lives by assisting in the management of their health and health care needs.Our pharmaceutical services include: traditional prescription filling; customized medication (compounding); bio-identical hormone therapy (BHRT); natural health products; detailed medication history review, monitoring and follow up with a pharmacist; vaccinations and flu shots; medication organization; safe medication disposal; and prescription delivery.All of our pharmacists and pharmacies are fully licenced and our day-to-day activities are governed by the Alberta College of Pharmacists.
