We are a group of therapists dedicated to supporting our Austin community in their efforts to deepen their insight, healing, and growth. We believe that safe and trusting relationships form the foundation necessary for change and growth and provide thoughtful, caring, and professional therapeutic services that focuses on the relationship between therapist and individual. Our goal is to create an environment that you feel comfortable being vulnerable and honest in so growth and healing can happen.Our unique blend of professionals has experience working with individuals and couples experiencing recovery from substance use, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, self- harm, divorce, shame, children and adults who have experienced trauma, unresolved trauma, family dysfunction, and more. We welcome those on their unique path to recovery and healing and look forward to supporting you.We also conduct a Group for Girls that was designed to provide a space for girls to feel safe and comfortable discussing their shared experiences and challenges. Members will have the opportunity to express their fears and worries in a judgement free zone with support and encouragement from peers. They will also learn tools and coping strategies to use outside of group.
