We pride ourselves on our dedication to anti-oppressive practice and being LGBTQIA2S+, neurodivergent, and polyamory inclusive; we work to create a space that is safe and confirming to the intersections of your identity. To give you the best services that we can, we have clinicians trained in a number of modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, neurofeedback and Gottman's Couple's Counselling. We are committed to empowering our clinicians to develop skills to support a diverse range of concerns and needs.
