First River Advisory (FRA) is a full-service financial advisory (FA) firm specializing in capital formation and debt management solutions for non-profit health care organizations. Shelley Aronson, FRA's principal, has over 30 years' experience performing these functions in several capacities. FRA's engagements are comprehensive in nature – FRA, not investment bankers, leads and coordinates the efforts of financing teams in connection with transactions. FRA is a Municipal Advisor registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB).
