To that end, we deliver an effective technology program – First In Math – that makes math appealing and accessible, is easy to implement, easy to use and is the most cost-effective mathematics instruction tool available. Our story began in 1988, when Robert Sun, a successful inventor and entrepreneur, embarked on a journey to teach children the relationship between numbers through the engaging characteristics of games. The result of his initial efforts was the 24 Game, a unique mathematics teaching tool that is as universal in its appeal to students from diverse economic and social backgrounds as math is universal as a language. The company Sun founded, Suntex International, Inc., is an organization committed to furthering mathematics education. Our objective is to support students in developing math skills that will sustain them for a lifetime by promoting permanent skill retention – not just short-term memorization of facts. As a logical step toward that objective, in response to the opportunities in the marketplace and the needs in the classroom, the First In Math Online Mathematics Program was created. Offering substantive content that supports any curriculum, the site is safe, user-friendly, and shares the sophistication and comprehensive appeal of the computer games kids like to play.
