Mission: Leech Lake Tribal College provides quality higher education grounded in Anishinaabe values.Founded in 1990, Leech Lake Tribal College is a public, two-year college serving northern Minnesota. LLTC was chartered by the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe in response to a longstanding need for affordable, high-quality, culturally-relevant higher education for its people.
