Under the leadership and vision of Chad Kertesz and Svetlana Kertesz, the business experienced significant growth. My Place Homes originally started as a personal DBA in 2008 and was later incorporated as an entity. The My Place Homes brand grew into My Place Remodeling, My Place Rentals and finally, My Place Cleveland. The once small business progressed from a "1099" staff to a fast-growing organization with full-time employees; thus, the property management company, My Place Cleveland, was born.
