These services support mainly small businesses of under 100 employees primarily in the MA and NE region. We are expanding into a more national level of service due to increasing demand with companies seeking services in CA, NY, IN, MD and other areas. We have always been a boutique firm, providing cost effective solutions to our clients that reflect our own conscious business model. Our role is to be YOUR SMALL BUSINESS CEO providing CONCIERGE SERVICES to support the owners of small businesses. We support the entire employee life cycle in providing appropriate services to enhance the business owner's bottom line around their largest asset...their employees. In addition, we help business owners who want help with their Triple Bottom Line (people, planet, and profits) so that they can operate in their genius zone. We help them from getting bogged down in details so that they can make the difference in the world that they intended to when they went into business. Being a business owner for 28 years, I understand the challenges of being a business owner...from start up to a corporation three times the size of the average business in our industry. I offer this expertise to small business owners so that they can move from where they are to where they want to go. Our team consists of 25 HR Professionals and others who support the larger projects.
