We grew up as fishermen living along the coast of the southern part of theUnited States and love the South. Our family and extended families have beenliving in Louisiana and Mississippi since 1978, but our lives changed whenKatrina came in and wipe everything out. We're kind of used to havinghurricanes come and go and didn't take the Hurricane seriously like we'resupposed to. Even though the police and news media kept telling us to leave andtake shelter, we decided to stay and ride out the hurricane. One of my sistersjust recently built a beautiful brand new brick house that was supposed towithstand many hurricanes. Strange how life goes, but the hurricane winds didnot damage the house -the floods did. The waters wiped her house to the barefoundation. My other sister had her fishing boat that was flipped over by thehurricane. She had lost everything and needed a new start.Our sister in Orlando helped us move to Florida where she lived. We've beenhumbled by the events in our lives, and are grateful for having a second chance.Over time, we took our knowledge of seafood recipes and decided to open acrawfish house. The first New Orleans Cajun Seafood was born in 2007 in asmall eatery on West Colonial Drive in Orlando, FL. It took a while for Floridiansto adapt to Cajun Seafood, but over time we became successful. We've justexpanded to our new name, Live Crawfish & Seafood and want to say thankyou to all the customers who have been coming and still coming to support us.We hope that you continue to support us and pass along a good word for us toyour families, relatives, friends, and co-workers.Yours truly,Live Crawfish & Seafood Family
