STS Automation was established in the year 2010 by a team of Engineers. We are doing Industrial Automation as well as Building Automation. Our Industrial projects comprises of Metal industries, Chemical, Food processing, Cement industries, Textile industries, Power plants, Oil & Gas etc. We work with all leading brand instruments Siemens, Allen-Bradley, ABB, Honeywell etc. We are well versed with retrofitting projects also. Moreover we work with Level 2 implementations - OPC & SQL server configurations to make transparency of operator level tasks to managerial level. We are well versed with upgradation projects also. Also we can offer you commissioning support in and around the world.Our Role in Automation:> We design Smoke detectors, water level controllers, fire alarms, MCC, PCC and PLC control panels. > We develop PLC, DCS, HMI, SCADA, programming and Drive parameterization based on customer's requirements. > Cable tray laying, Field wiring & Termination.> Moreover we give commissioning & service support.> Also we distribute CCTV, solar panel and Employee access card.> Following the commissioning activities we prepare operation & Alarm manuals to ease the operator's work.
