The HR4HR Isreal community was founded in 2014 on Facebook by Reoot Peleg as a knowledge sharing platform for HR professionals and talent practitioners in Israel. Today the community is reaching more than 12K members, from a wide range of companies, both Low Tech and High Tech. We take pride in our engagement rates which are approximately 95% of active members! The group activity has expanded significantly, and we've opened 4 sub-groups, including giving back to the community group, jobs, and job seekers group, Learning Projects, and vendors group. The community promotes values of professionalism and innovation, contributing to the community and building a strong and supportive community that will lead the Israeli HR industry to new, exciting and challenging places.Recently we have been chosen by Geektime as one of *the most influential tools in the HR industry in Israel*The community, which was built in the Facebook space, sees learning sessions as an important part of creating interpersonal relationships, working on development, brainstorming and group communication.
