It is mainly a design-build practice which draws from the diverse national and international exposure of its Principals and their involvement with design academia. The firm provides comprehensive design services in the fields of Public institutions, high density housing, redevelopment schemes, heritage conservation, community design, office facilities, interior architecture, landscapes and master planning. Fundamental to the practice, is the radical and speculative approach towards design, which transcend the norms of architecture and invent new possible futures of our environment. Project challenges such as site constraints, budgets, development regulations, policies and politics are used as opportunities to speculate new urban forms. Further, they are crafted with ruthless experimentation through models, drawings, digital computing, structural analysis and innovative materials.
